Observation of current whirlpools in graphene at room temperature
(2024)ScienceElectron–electron interactions in high-mobility conductors can give rise to transport signatures resembling those described by classical hydrodynamics. Using a nanoscale scanning magnetometer, we imaged a distinctive hydrodynamic transport pattern—stationary current vortices—in a monolayer graphene device at room temperature. By measuring devices with increasing characteristic size, we observed the disappearance of the current vortex and ...Journal Article -
Magnetostratigraphy of stratotype section of the Neogene Xiejian stage
(2006)Journal of StratigraphyPaleomagnetic measurements of the Xiejia section demonstrate that the stratotype of the Neogene Xiejian Stage in China records 18 normal and 17 reversed polarity zones. These polarity zones corresponded very well to the polarity zones between C5Bn.2n and C7n.1n in the time scale of Lourens et al. (2004). We use inter-interposition method to calculate the age. The geological age of the Xiejia Formation is 17.32—21.58 Ma. It was dated between ...Journal Article -
On the real-time tropospheric delay estimates using low-cost GNSS receivers and antennas
(2024)GPS SolutionsDense Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) observations are beneficial for monitoring the small-scale troposphere turbulence in both spatiotemporal domains. Densification of current geodetic GNSS networks can be achieved by incorporating low-cost GNSS receivers and antennas, benefitting weather monitoring. This study aims to focus on real-time tropospheric delay estimation using real-time GNSS data streams collected by low-cost GNSS ...Journal Article
